A ball that always comes back
ProScout Rebound keeps the ball attached to an adjustable arm on a rotating suction base, so every kick swings back to you — no chasing the ball, no wall needed.
What you can train
- Passing accuracy with both feet.
- Shooting technique and clean contact on the ball.
- First touch and reaction to the returning ball.
How to start
- Press the suction base onto a smooth, flat, clean surface — such as tile or smooth flooring — and lock it.
- Adjust the arm and start with soft, controlled touches.
- Increase the power gradually and keep your technique clean.
Check that the base is secure before every session. This is extra practice to sharpen your touch — not a replacement for full football training.
